Sommer & Staff has managed successful completion of outstanding commercial projects in Brisbane's CBD and its vibrant inner suburban business centres. The works form significant contributions to the City's urban centres rejuvenation program.

Against the odds created by particularly challenging traffic patterns of medicos, their patients and staff, service transport and private vehicles, Sommer & Staff successfully managed the safe, speedy completion of the OPSM Building in Wickham Terrace. It remains a particularly fine building, a tribute to the firm's expertise and high standards.

Recently completed, "The Precinct" in West End contains a mix of commercial and retail units.

Its charm and function are due in no small measure to Sommer & Staff's abilities to maintain tight programs and budgets while producing craftsmanship of the highest standard.

The "Federation House" project on a very busy corner site in the CBD required Sommer & Staff to overcome constant access-problems while preserving the safety of passing pedestrians and motorists. The Queensland Government has praised Sommer & Staff for the quality of the finished product and on the manner in which it was executed.
