While Anchorage Village Beach Resort North Stradbroke Island is a good example of the firm's capabilities, Noosa and the Barrier Reef islands such as Hamilton, Hayman, and Brampton, are the centres of the company's resort building activities.

The firm was awarded the contract for the Otintaai Hotel and Convention Centre, Kiribati, as it had established similar credentials with AusAID and as it had proven ability to transfer construction industry skills to indigenous workforces.
Netyana and Tingirana, resorts long associated with Hastings Street, Noosa, were built by Sommer and Staff. The firm has utilised skills gained on such contracts with the multi-faceted bells Valley Square project in Brisbane which includes townhouses and apartments, commercial and retail units, and associated pools and recreation facilities all carefully landscaped to enhance its amenity. |
